Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement & Ticket Validity

By purchasing or possessing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and any minors accompanying you.

2. General Restrictions

  • Your membership is personal, non-transferable, and for use only by you.
  • Nocturne is not responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of any unauthorized use of your membership card, log-in credentials or other information.
  • Guest membership users should treat their membership card like cash, it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Memberhips will expire after 550 days after date of purchase.
  • 3. Refunds and Exchanges

    All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are allowed, except as required by law (e.g., event cancellation). Artists, lineups, or venue details are subject to change without notice.

    4. Liability, Waiver, and Assumption of Risk

    Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks incidental to the event (before, during, or after), including personal injury, illness, death, or lost/stolen/damaged property. This includes risks from any communicable disease, even if contracted at the event.

    Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PutreFactor LLC (Squee Prints, Nocturne) and all Event Organizers (defined below) are not liable for:

    Waiver of Claims: You release us from any claims connected with third parties. California Residents: You specifically waive California Civil Code § 1542 regarding unknown claims.

    5. Indemnification

    You agree to defend and hold PutreFactor LLC and the Event Organizers harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your misuse of our services, violation of third-party rights, negligence, or breach of these Terms.

    6. Recording and Photo Release

    By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes by the organizer.
